The programme is structured as follows;
Monday - FULL BODY BURNER - focuses on full body fundamental movements.
Tuesday - BOOTY BUILDER - our lower body session can be done with body weight only or increase the intensity by adding a resistance band
Wednesday - HIIT it with Holly - high energy HIIT workout
Thursday - UPPER BODY DUMBBELL - focusing on improving upper body strength with resistance training
Friday - LOWER BODY DUMBBELL - focusing on lower body strength with resistance training
EXTRAS - you also have access to 1 x 10 minute kettlebell class, 3 x 10 minute abs classes which you can add onto the end of your above workouts along with 2 x 35 minute dance aerobics classes to do whenever you wish!
You will repeat the above workouts each week aiming to improve your strength and fitness during your time on the programme. You have access to this programme for 4 months.
