The programme is structured as follows; Monday - FULL BODY BURNER - focuses on full body fundamental movements. Tuesday - BOOTY BUILDER - our lower body session can be done with body weight only or increase the intensity by adding a resistance band Wednesday - AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) Thursday - FOUR WALLS OF HELL Friday - FULL BODY DUMBELL EXTRAS - you also have access to 3 x 6 minute abs classes which you can add onto the end of your above workouts along with 3 x 25-35 minute dance aerobics and 3 x 25 minute HIIT it with Holly sessions if you want to mix it up! You will repeat the above workouts each week aiming to improve your strength and fitness during your time on the programme. You have access to the programme for 4 months.
