Tuesday – BOOTY BUILDER – our lower body session can be done with body weight only or increase the intensity by adding a resistance band
Wednesday – AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Thursday – FOUR WALLS OF HELL
Friday – FULL BODY DUMBELL
EXTRAS – you also have access to 3 x 6 minute abs classes which you can add onto the end of your above workouts along with 3 x 25-35 minute dance aerobics and 3 x 25 minute HIIT it with Holly sessions if you want to mix it up!
